Job Description:

  1. Provide general administrative and human resources support including data entry, copying and up-to date leave application, training matters, petty cash and timesheet checking;
  2. Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control application and systems are functioning and that relevant records are properly maintained;
  3. Perform all administrative matters which includes filing and documentation, order office supplies etc.;
  4. Facilitate internal communication including emails, letters, disseminate of information and etc.;
  5. Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:
    • Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure;
    • Report unsafe acts and incidents;
    • Do not tamper with safety devices or perform wilful or reckless acts; and
  6. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  1. A minimum of GCE N/O Levels/Diploma in any field or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant work experience;
  2. Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels;
  3. A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently;
  4. Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail;
  5. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines; and
  6. Competent in MS Office.
