HR TECH (2-YEAR CONTRACT)

Job Description:

  1. Work closely with key stakeholders on system setup, configuration, testing, training and eventual go-live deployment;
  2. Conduct HR process needs analysis, requirement gathering, RFP and evaluation of vendor’s proposal for selection of vendor of new HR system;
  3. Ensure existing data clean-up and accuracy for upload into new HR system, development of User Acceptance Test scripts for system testing and parallel run of system in preparation for go-live;
  4. Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to and adoption of new HR system;
  5. Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting technical issues;
  6. Provide technical guidance and direction to HR staff on the operation and maintenance of HR system; and
  7. Work closely with HR team to administer and support all HR system technologies and enhancement to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least a Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3 – 5 years relevant working experience;
  2. Good understanding of Human Resource policy, process, guidelines and practices;
  3. Proven experience developing, testing, analyzing and implementing HR software;
  4. Able to troubleshoot technical issues as well as develop and implement strategies to address problem areas;
  5. Able to prioritize work efficiently and provide timely follow-up;
  6. Strong passion in digitalizing and incorporating technology into HR practices; and
  7. Possess a drive to improve current workflow and productivity via technology and a desire to learn and teach new technologies.
